Once production begins, we cannot accept returns or changes to made-to-measure orders. To cancel, please contact us at info@layeredinterior.com within 3 days of placing your order.
We allow a 3 cm tolerance in measurements, so there may be a slight deviation from the ordered size.
Color variations of up to 5% may occur, as rugs are dyed separately and patterns adjusted to size.
All our rugs are handcrafted in India, so delivery times may vary, but we strive to deliver as close to the estimated date as possible.
