As a Content Creator intern at LAYERED you are eager to learn and take on new challenges. At the same time you will add value to the company with your eye for details and your creative skills. You will work closely with our Designer and Creative Lead Lisa in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across our digital channels ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our brand and delivers our messages effectively. 

The Content Creator internship is a unique opportunity to gain true insights and get hands-on experience of how it is to work as a Content Creator  in an inspiring, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. You will be given responsibility from the first day and have the ability to contribute to the organisation on a daily basis. Your primary focus will be on creating content för our social media channels  - paid and organic -  and for our website. If you have previous experience in working with moving imagery we are extra interested to make your acquaintance. 

What you'll do:

• Create graphics and edit imagery
• Create awareness and interest within our audiences, driving traffic to engage with digital content
• Assist in developing creative ideas and suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Content publication in social media as well as handling comments 
• Create layout and copy for our newsletter
• Opportunity to own special projects such as competitive analysis, social media trends, etc.

Skills and requirements:

• Ongoing studies within visual communications, graphic design and/or art direction 
• Experience from working with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and premiere pro or other video editing software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• A team player with an ambitious attitude and a will to try and learn as you go
• A proactive self-starter; you aren’t afraid to ask questions and get things done
• Problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Content publication in social media as well as handling comments and inquiries from followers and influencers
• Assist our e-commerce team with web copy and product information
• Opportunity to own special projects such as competitive analysis, social media trends research etc.

We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Controller who thrives in a broad role and a fast-paced environment.
You will be a key player in our organization and a part of the management team, driving both strategic and operational financial decisions. You will report to our Finance Manager. The role requires the ability to work both strategically, contributing with long-term solutions, and operationally, handling daily challenges and activities. You will, among other things, work with calculations/analyses and strategies within purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure that our financial goals are met in an efficient manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the business with financial decision-making documentation.
• Actively participate in developing the company’s business strategy.
• Conduct financial analyses and calculations within purchasing, sales, and logistics.
• Be involved in the creation and follow-up of budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and improve processes to optimize financial results.
• Collaborate with other functions to understand and ensure that we achieve our financial goals.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a Business Controller or in a similar role, preferably in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing company.
• Strong business mindset.
• Analytical ability and experience working with financial analyses, calculations, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills, and it is a plus if you have experience with BC as an ERP system.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Drive and engagement.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Ability to make quick, high-quality decisions.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating closely with management and other departments.
