Returns
- We offer a 30-day return policy for items at regular price, including blankets, cushions, and rugs in standard sizes. Products purchased from our Archive, i.e. items at a reduced price, come with a 14-day return period. Read more about returns and associated costs here.
- Made to order items, such as sofas and custom-sized rugs, are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns of samples. Read more.

Samples & Size Guide
Samples:
We offer samples in different sizes to help you make a long-term decision. For patterned rugs or rugs with varying pile heights and textures, we recommend the 50x50 cm sample size. Please note that for patterned styles, the sample only shows a carefully selected part of the pattern and does not represent the full design of the rug. The 11x18 cm sample size is ideal when the focus is solely on verifying color choice and texture.
Size Guide Living Room:
Front legs of sofas and armchairs should rest on the rug. Rug should extend about 20–30 cm beyond the furniture.
Size Guide Dining Room:
Rug should fit under the table and chairs, even when chairs are pulled out. Ensure at least 60 cm extra on each side beyond the table.
Size Guide Bedroom:
Rug should extend well beyond the bed.
A good rule is 60–90 cm on each side.
