Layered is a Swedish interior brand that offers quality rugs and furniture with modern Scandinavian design. Founded in 2015, we work with the vision to create unique designs inspired by different types of art forms in fashion, architecture, photography, and culture.
We strive to build a brand with a sustainable focus and to contribute to reduced environmental impact. Sales are through omnichannel and our own showroom as well as through our own web sales, resellers, and agents. We are a team of 9 people and are centrally located on Engelbrektsgatan 21 at Humlegården in Stockholm.
Buyer Assistant Internship

With an eye for aesthetics and good textile knowledge, you work close to the buyers to develop current collections and research inspiration for future collections. As the ambitious multitasker you are, you help the buyers with various tasks such as sample handling, order follow-up and order quantification, as well as managing assortment planning. The Buyer Assistant Internship is a unique opportunity to gain true insights and get hands-on experience of how it is to work as a buyer in an inspiring, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. You will be given responsibility from the first day and have the ability to contribute to the organization on a daily basis. - You are currently studying to become a buyer
- You are available for an internship at the Stockholm office for a minimum of 6 months, preferably 9-12 months.
- You are fluent in English
- Knowledge of excel is an advantage

Customer Service Agent
Are you a service-minded, positive, and social person who enjoys a fast-paced environment? Does a position at a fast-growing and creative company allure you? In that case, the position as Customer Service Agent at LAYERED has the potential to be the perfect fit for you.
As Customer Service Agent at LAYERED, you work to optimize the customer experience, by providing personal and high-quality service to all our current and potential customers.
With a problem-solving and open mindset, you help customers with problems and requests, both via email and phone. As the initiative-taking and creative person you are, you are willing to walk an extra mile to never leave a customer unsatisfied.
Your interest in interior design and knowledge about our assortment guides the customer through its shopping journey and enables you to provide useful insights. Further, you use your ability to handle stress and maintain a positive attitude, to manually place orders, handle complaints and product-specific questions at the same time.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
- You have preferably previous experience of working with Customer Service.
- You are fluent in English
- You are preferably familiar with Freshdesk, but it is not a requirement.
The role is a full-time position from week 27 to week 32 this summer, thereafter the employment transitions to a part-time position as fall approaches. The part-time position includes two scheduled evenings per week, in addition to daytime hours during Mondays and Tuesdays. The employment is located at our office in central Stockholm.
