The architectural language made Amos Rex a fitting location for the photography of Layered’s anniversary collection Ten Years Unfolded. The collection consists of five rugs with optical illusions and graphic patterns that explore rhythm, scale, and perspective. In dialogue with the museum’s minimalist architecture, the rugs’ interplay of lines and colors was accentuated, giving the visuals an additional dimension.

The museum's collection spans from modernism to contemporary art, with a focus on digital installations and experimental expressions. Amos Rex has established itself as a central figure in the Nordic art scene, where the boundaries between art, design, and architecture are constantly renegotiated.
