Delivery & Returns
Delivery is made curbside, for additional services please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important that you register an adress where you or someone else can receive and sign off the delivery. For Nordic countries it will take up to 7 days to receive the package. It will arrive between 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. You will get a sms/text prior to the delivery. For rest of the world delivery is most often made by UPS, it normally takes 4-5 days and there will be no notification prior to the delivery.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if the product is in unused condition and labels are fully intact. The return should be made within 30 days after receipt of your product. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card upon the return of the product. Please note that your expenses for returning the product to us will not be refunded.
HOW TO DO A RETURN
1. The return should be made within 30 days after receipt of your product. Please contact Layered’s customer service at email@example.com or call us at +46 (0) 70 820 10 45 before you make the return.
2. Fill in the return form that you will receive from us.
3. Book the return delivery according to the instructions on the return form. Please keep your parcel number in case we would need to track the parcel. Please use the original wrapping and add the printed order confirmation along with your return. Please note that your expenses for returning products to us will not be refunded. The return should be send to following adress:

4. When we have received and approved the return the payment will be refunded to the card you used when placing your order. Alternatively the invoice will be cancelled and a new invoice will be send out that covers the cost for the return.
HOW TO DO AN EXCHANGE

FREIGHT AND DELIVERY
All furniture are custom made to order and delivered within 6-7 weeks. For deliveries within Europe Layered offers free of charge transport to the Customer´s closest street door, gate or garage access. Delivery will take place between 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. For further delivery services the Customer must make own arrangements with the transporter.
Layered shall bear the risk for any damage to or loss of goods until delivery to the place stated in the preceding paragraph. The Customer has the reciprocal responsibility during the return transport to Layered should the right to cancel an order be evoked.
Layered applies the Swedish law on consumers’ right and offers a warranty period of three years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers only defects existing at the time of delivery and does not cover defects or damage caused by the Customer or by any other circumstance which Layered is not responsible for. For use wear the warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Layered be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of its obligations hereunder.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection therewith shall be governed by Swedish law.
